Build a chatbot in 20 minutes using Flutter and Dialogflow – Promise Nzubechi Amadi

When dealing with apps that are services, such as Netflix for example, we want to always be aware of our customer’s opinion and be alerted if there’s any problem with our app. For that we might have multiple options, from having a staff reading and parsing all the messages, to having an e-mail address where the users can send their information but they are not always practical. A better way to do it, in which you can guide your user to give you all the necessary details in an environment that he is well accustomed to, is to create a chatbot.
What at first might seem too difficult to tackle, is in fact something very easy to implement with Firebase’s DialogFlow, and in this article Promise Nzubechi Amadi is going to show us how to implement one in just 20 minutes.
